We have had this and a number of other sites developed drawing all to a ministry for the past 15 years and now beginning to develop a new site to enlarge to a greater audiance and are concerned that the magazine is Christian Motor Sports Illistrated and Motor Sports Illistrated may be an issue with Sports Illistrated and or Motor Sports Magazine. Thoughts please!!!!!!!!!!! We also have Prison Victory Magazine?????????

We had a problem with our domain. Seems that the people who buy it just so they can charge someone else are indicative of todays culture… i.e. whats the easiest way I can make lots of money without having to build a business through hard work!

No one likes a domain squatter, even when its not a trademark issue they cause problems, thinking they can command exorbitant prices for little or no effort.

In your entry above you seem to agree with the domain squatter.

I wonder if you might feel differently if somebody registered www. DaraYourLastName. com and had it lead to porno sites?

I’ve had a large and very rich “not-for-profit” organization use the trademark name and similar domain name of my small and poor not-for-profit organization. We don’t have the money for a legal battle.

I don’t like domain squatters or domain grabbers.
