I use my mobile phone a lot these days, and that is mostly because it is – a smartphone. Whether I am on the road driving, or dozing off to sleep, or communicating with other people, or playing a game, or just surfing the web, I never imagined I’d be on my phone this much. But yet, that’s how it is now. Today, many smartphones are the equivalent of mini computers; so for people who could never be away from their PCs before this, the transition is logical.
In the past few days, I was approached by a graphics artist to co-produce an infographic that would show how “big” smartphones are on a global scale, in terms of usage. This is a cool looking infographic that illustrates the facets of such usage.
