Yes, iRiver is the best for mp3 players! Good things are usually not easy to get.

Hi Darrin, I do agree with you regarding the sound quality. It is superb. I own an iRiver Mp3/Digital Camera Player (Model iFP-1095, 512Mb) … I must say it is a “treasure” to me because it is very very hard to find iRiver player in Singapore. In fact I got this player through a clearance sale and I got very good deal.
Besides the sound quality that is superb, I love it for its clarity when comes to audio taping for lecture or speech.
I have tried other brands like Sony, Creative, Apple, etc. But none fares better than iRiver in terms of Audio-Recording especially. I have been using this player for the past 2 years (with no problem) and I really hope it will last forever .

I own a iriver mp3 player and i love it to. My brother owns an ipod and he needs always a usb resource to recharge his player. I have some batteries and thats much better

Ahh thanks for the tips. I’ve been unhappy with my iPod for awhile now, and have been considering a Zune. I’ll see if there are any of these on ebay for cheap =)
