Cause then this who or what is then deciding what is appropriate behavior and what is not. And maybe complaining about who or what monitors it is thus considered bad behavior and you are restricted from access. And thus would lead us to the next step...everyone getting around that monitors anyhow to do their nasty business. I am sure I am not the only one that cleans all sorts of machines that indeed had current antivirus only to have wondered right into a nasty rogue infection! Their is a way around everything...it is just a matter of time before big brother really attempts something like this in some country...oh wait...Iran, China, and others already have tried...and failed.
