		<description>I recently had the most difficult time getting a new site indexed.  It took about 2 weeks and I did all the things you mentioned above.  I can usually get a new site indexed in a few days but this one was stubborn.</description>

		<description>Great Post!  The indexing of a site can be rather simplistic when you sit back and actually think about it.  Simply put, you just need a link on a site that is crawled often and has authority.  There are sooo many ways to do this, you just scratched the surface.  One easy way is to just create profiles in some of the more proliferant sites i.e. Yahoo profile, any social networking or bookmarking site, etc.  The options are endless.  Some of the forums that offer free blogs are highly authoratative and one blog post with a link to the new site can potentially have it indexed in a few days.  Just takes some creativity...</description>
