@Mort: Very good point right there! Changing the settings of IE is just a hassle and still risky. I'd rather use Chrome or Firefox, this way I'm somewhat at peace.

"wow, that’s a long list … wouldn’t it be easier just to switch to firefox and stick with it?"

My thought exactly. Why would I not just use what I want when it's readily available? This is like wanting a red Fender Stratocaster, buying a blue one and painting it red.

"Since switching from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox two years ago, I’ve had better surf speeds and less trouble with spyware."

Same here. I downloaded Chrome around the same time but without the capacity for addons or extensions I stuck with Firefox, though since then Chrome has gotten alot better. Faster too.

wow, that's a long list ... wouldn't it be easier just to switch to firefox and stick with it?

as you might have guessed, we do SEO and 1 out of 100 sites or so need IE to be fully used ... so, I don't see the need, but ...

thanks for the tips, I have 1 staff who just won't make the move to firefox, so she can now start cleaning up her IE ...

chrome will take some more time to be developed, but so far so good, it's really much faster, but no addons, extensions ... and it does crash from time to time ...

cheers,
